In this current trend BackIn15...Relax is working within companies who are taking a more holistic approach to employee healthcare. One of our fully qualified massage therapists visits your offices to provide acupressure seated chair massage.

Whilst you or your employee relax into our comfortable portable chair, the practitioner will work on many pressure points over your back, arms, hands, neck and shoulders, finishing up with energy & circulation enhancing techniques that promote a more revitalised return to work. Our hands, thumbs, forearms and elbows are used in this sequence to apply the pressure and you stay fully clothed.

Both 20 and 40 minute sessions are available and cost depends upon the number of clients booked in on any day.

BackIn15's practitioners will screen all clients to ensure that it is safe for that individual to receive massage and not suffering from any condition that may be exacerbated during the treatment. The questions are non-medical, but all information is treated with complete confidentiality.

Chair massage counters the circulatory problems inherent with office work. Just sitting in our massage chair opens up the back, relieves strain on the neck and provides respite for sore 'computer eyes'.

15 Minutes of massage improves blood and lymph flow, improves mental orientation, increases energy and decreases propensity to develop upper limb disorders such as carpal tunnel syndrome. In fact, the increase in circulation assists in keeping the body injury free.
